Surprise birthday parties are so much fun! I have been lucky enough to have two! For my 18th birthday I was going out to dinner with my family and two friends. When we arrived to the restaurant I noticed many familiar cars and I could not help think it was very coincidental. When we walked inside it was very dark for a second and then everyone jumped out and screamed, “Surprise!” I was surprised needless to say! I thought I was having a small affair, but my parents arranged for my entire class to celebrate this special day with me.
My second surprise party was last year for my 25th birthday. I had been mad at my boyfriend and roommates because nobody had said anything to me all day long. I thought they had forgotten my special day! Boy, was I wrong. After work, I went home all depressed because my boyfriend did not mention anything when he had met me for lunch earlier! Yet, when I got into the apartment there was a fabulous party and dress waiting for me!
